Another trip to Zambia

Last month Open Hand had the exciting opportunity to continue our collaboration with BFIRST, developing the first hand therapy service in Zambia.
We had the privilege of partnering with Niki Singh, who you may recognise as a presenter in our first ever Open Hand webinar. Niki joined Dr Kate Radcliffe and Dr Shan Shan Jing from the UK for a busy but enriching 5 day visit to the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka. She participated in clinics and ward rounds and provided education to local therapists on various essential hand therapy topics.
We are so grateful to Niki for the amazing work she is doing, and for her dedication to our shared cause of improving access to hand injury care!
